News from our Facebook page!

As we all anxiously await the start of the Pan Am Games Showjumping tomorrow, we have great news to share!! Cento Per Cento has been chosen as the mount for Guatemalan rider, Juan Pivaral Aycinena. Cento Per Cento is sired by Cento out of Ashley (Accord II/Pilot) - daughter of our Foundation mare Pinacolada. It is great as a breeder to keep contact with our clients and especially rewarding to receive such news as this. Here is a little piece of the email we got today. Hello Carlo: Long time no talk. This is your old friend from Guatemala I just arrived to Toronto for the Pan Am Games. I have 2 horse / 1 rider qualified with the Guatemalan showjumping team. One was Cento. Today after the trials my rider choose Cento per Cento. So we are back in the Pan Am Games. Two cycles in a row. As to be prouder look at Cento's picture in the Chronicle of the Horse Magazine. I'm in Toronto to see the competition. Best regards and thank you for your excellent breeding. Luis Garcia

It was brought to our attention today that we missed a well noted Beaulieu horse competing also at the Angelstone Tournaments week 1. Albion (Accord II/Landgraf) out of our wonderful mare Elsa B (Landgraf/Caletto II). Albion is 20 yrs old and still going strong, competing in the 1.30m. He has had much success in the past in Talent Squad with his owner Lanie Thomas.

Congratulations go out to Lucie and Paule again with their wonderful Pina Colada, a 2nd place finish in today's Modified Grand Prix at Angelstone. Interesting to note, The top 3 horses were all born and bred here in Canada!!! Another reason to shop local. 🙂

Beaulieu horses are well represented at the Angelstone Tournaments this summer!! These 3 Canadian homebred horses, Pina Colada (Bratt Z/Pilot), Cento per Cento (Cento/Accord II/Pilot) and Tax Free (Toulon/Pilot) are all jumping at the higher levels (1.40m+). And all share Pilot, as a dam sire or grand-dam sire through our mares Pinacolada and the late Penny Lane.
